CMRD had organized a half-day camp. Prof Pallavi Kasande from HNIMR guided students on "How to cope up with your Male Colleagues". The interaction started on how to improve self-presentation in terms of communication skills, dress code & body language in the society. How male colleagues can take a disadvantage of the situation & harass the ladies was discussed with several examples. Word "Freedom" should be taken in right context so that trust provided by parents on children should not be misused. The Key to success is hard work and not shortcut provided by Male colleagues in terms of casting couch's.

The next event organized was Demonstration & Practice of Self Defense Technique by Ajit Bhavekar. Various techniques of taekwondo were demonstrated for self defense which included techniques to save female from male colleagues in male dominating society.

The program ended with vote of thanks to both guests. Enlightenments of the knowledge was appreciated by female student.
