	Case Study Competetion 30th Jan 08:

	A Case study competition was organized for the students of CMRD on 30th January’08 at seminar hall. Objective of organizing the case study competition was to provide an opportunity to the students to exercise their analytical skills and showcase their skills to solve real business problems. It also helps the students to understand what it takes to succeed in business. Students learn how to approach the challenges of business and find out the solutions to achieve maximum impact.

	Students were given two business cases for presentation. Out of which they have to select any one case and prepare power point presentations. Evaluation of the presentation was done on the basis of presentation skills, problem identification, solution offered and practical applicability of the solution. Presentations were followed by question-answer session.

	Mr.Vinod Bidwaik (HR head-Sakal) was invited as a Judge for the Case study competition. Rohan Adlekha & Rahul Pherwani MBA (II) year students were declared as winners and Amol Marathe from MBA (I) year was declared as Runner-up. Winning teams were given the gift vouchers of crossword by the hand of Mr.Vinod Bidwaik

	.It’s a great way for MBA students to test their skills and enhance their decision making ability.

	Prof. Monica Gajare coordinated the programme along with student coordinators Amit Shendege and Amey Marathe.
