After the morning prayers are over, the students do about 4 to 5 types of laughing exercises. It is said as one grows he laughs less. Laughing actually sets mood and relieves one of all the accumulated tension. Prof. Wadekar and Prof. (Mrs.) Deodhar conduct this session.

It was a long standing request of our students that they may be taught concentration techniques of pranayam exercises. We have conducted a session of pranayam and concentration techniques on 2nd September 2006. These techniques were taught by Prof. Wadekar and Prof. Mrs. Deodhar. Students have given a very good feed back about this activity.

Each group consist of 10 students and a faculty coordinator is supervising the survey. We expect the students to make their presentations during second week of Oct. 2006

Each panel comprised of 3 students out of them one was a facilitator. Students were One weeks time to prepare on these topics. Each topic was allotted time of 30 minutes Including question & answer session from the audience. Students had prepared the respective topics & handled the discussion & questions posed by audience very professionally.
