CMRD HR Summit was organized at YASHADA, Baner Road, Pune on 13th October 2007. The theme of this summit was “Learning from the Leaders – Management Challenges & Concerns”. The objective of this Summit is to bridge the gap between students and industry expectations and to give an opportunity to the CMRD students to interact with HR experts from industry.

The CMRD HR Summit started with an inauguration by the Chief Guest Mr. A. A. Mallier, Director & Member of the Management Board, Daimler Chrysler & Dr. (Capt.) C. Chitale, Dean PUMBA. The session started with a welcome speech by Dr. Amod Markale, which was followed by the key note address by the chief guest.

Dr. (Capt.) Chitale enlightened the students with his knowledge packed speech on 9 C’s of marketing. This ended the first session of the HR Summit.

The Second session started with the words of wisdom by Mr. Prashant Ahir GM-HR Tata Motors. Last speaker for this summit was Mrs. Prameela Kalive, Global HR Head, Zensar Technologies. She shared her views and experiences with the students.
