Our MBA I year students visited Pudumjee Paper Mill Pvt. Ltd., at Thergaon on 17th January 2007, to find out the HR policies, financial policies and marketing strategy adopted by them. The Dy. General Manager (HR) Shri. Pagar was kind enough to arrange a tour of our students in the company's various plants.

The students watched the raw dirty pulp coming out of machines as a thin bright paper which is widely used in the market. Shri. Jadhao from Plant No. 1, and Shri. Patole from Security Deptt. took the students around the various machines and explained them the various processes undertaken to convert the dirty pulp in sparkling thin white paper.

After the visit to the plant, the students were offered tea by the company in their canteen, where the Dy. General Manager(HR) Shri. Pagar addressed the students and answered various queries of the students. Prof. Wadekar thanked the company officials on behalf of CMRD and Ms. Neha Baj thanked the officials on behalf of the students
